Lift & Escalator Jobs require a Skilled and Experienced Field Operations Support Technician to undertake a challenging role within a Multinational business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support on all product types contained in the company portfolio range.
* Provide detailed reports and solutions to technical issues.
* Offer Classroom based support consisting of presenting existing training packages and providing guidance where required with regards to documented processes.
* Work closely with the Area Directors, General Managers, Project Managers and Field Employees to provide the necessary guidance to enable them to deliver a first class customer service.
Candidate & Qualifications:
* Proven ability and experience within the lift and escalator industry.
* HNC / HND / NVQ4 qualification or equivalent.
* IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
* Target focussed and able to achieve results.
* Capable of building strong relationships with clients and co-workers.
* The ability to deliver time critical goals using an organised and proactive approach.
